For the past ten years, It is widely used in the top and middle-grade plastic, rubber, and chemical fiber extruders, and has sold well in the domestic and overseas and has a higher reputation in the industry.

Product Feature

1.The whole machine looks beautiful and liberal, which can be used both vertically and horizontally. It can suit multiple requirements of assembling.

The gear data and box structure are optimally designed by the computer. The gears are made of top-grade low-carbon alloy steel with Grade 6 precision of teeth after carbon penetrating, quenching and teeth grinding. The hardness of the teeth surface is 54-62 HRC. The gear pair has stable running, low noise and high driving efficiency.

3.The assembling connector has the precision of radial run-out and end face run-out at the international level and can be easily connected with the screw rod of the machine barrel.

4.The bearing structure of the output shaft has a unique style, which can effectively prolong the service life of the bearings.

5.All standard parts such as bearing, oil seal, lubricant oil pump, etc. are all top quality products selected from domestic famous manufacturers. They can be also selected from imported products as per the requirement of the customer.
